Plexus 50ml MA300

*We recommend using the 50mL adhesive dispensing gun and static mixer nozzles for applying this adhesive.

Plexus MA300 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of thermoplastic, metal and composite assemblies. Combined at a 1:1 ratio, it has a working time of 4 to 6 minutes and achieves 75% of ultimate strength in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature. It offers a combination of high strength and stiffness as well as the ability to bond a wide range of materials.

Bonds ABS, acrylic, aluminum, fiberglass, PVC, stainless steel, styrene, urethane and vinyl ester materials. Not recommend for use with polyethylene or polypropylene plastics.

Temperature Range: -67 degrees Fahrenheit to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not freeze, store between 55 degrees Fahrenheit and 75 degrees Fahrenheit.

This adhesive dries to a light yellow color.
