Calling all paddleboarding and/or Christmas light enthusiasts! Grab your boat and Santa hat. All skill levels are welcome but you need to be comfortable paddling when it’s a little dark and with slow moving boats nearby. The sun will be going down but the Christmas lights will be showing us the way.

This holiday paddle is organized by Salem Kayak Rentals and is open to all paddlers of all skill levels and crafts. Contest and prizes for most festive decorations and hot cider and donuts offered gratis. Wear warm attire.

Holiday Lights Winter Paddle Parade, Bend, OR - canceled
Although this year's event is canceled, keep this event on your radar for future Decembers. Local paddle outfittersTumalo Creek Kayak & Canoe host community supported Paddle Parade in theOld Mill District where the iconic Deschutes River floats through a scenic and urban corridor. Cross your fingers this event isn’t a permanent COVID casualty.
